You agree to provide any documentation requested by okyfun for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
okyfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at okyfun's discretion.
All transactions on the okyfun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). okyfun does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.
No Hidden Fees: okyfun does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees displayed during a transaction are charged by your payment provider, not by okyfun.
okyfun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.
okyfun reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okyfun reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to claim bonuses during those periods.
All games available on the okyfun Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. okyfun shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, okyfun reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed in those rounds. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okyfun Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the okyfun Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of okyfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okyfun.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okyfun, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
okyfun's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okyfun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Gambling Risk: Online gaming involves financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. okyfun is not responsible for financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
